QUALITY POLICY of ESTAMPACIONS METÀL·LIQUES MAYDER S.L.

The primary objective of our Quality Policy is to maintain a high level of satisfaction among our customers and employees at all times, supporting the Sustainability of our Company and its environment.

The Company's mission is to provide customized solutions for manufacturing prototypes, pre-series and series, both short and long, in projects related to metal parts.

The Company's vision is to make the MAYDER brand a national benchmark in the field of customized and made-to-measure projects, in any sector that requires metal parts.

The fundamental pillars on which our Policy is based are:

  1. Promote awareness of Quality, Continuous Improvement and Sustainability at all levels of the Company.

  2. Offer Quality products and services at Competitive Prices, which satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers.

  3. Establish the necessary information channels to promote Cooperation between all departments to achieve the common goal of “Total Quality”.

  4. Inform and involve our Suppliers and Clients in the Quality and Sustainability Policy

  5. Establish Quality Management Systems based on a preventive and Sustainable philosophy, reducing the risk of errors and failures.

  6. Management will provide all staff with the information, resources and training necessary to achieve compliance with the Quality Policy.

  7. Management will guarantee the Safety of employees in all activities and work processes, providing the information and means necessary to preserve their integrity and the Protection of the Environment.
