Industrial Metal Fabrication Services
At Mayder, we provide industrial metal fabrication services in Barcelona, combining engineering, production processes and quality control to meet the needs of projects of varying complexity. We support each project from technical definition through to final manufacturing, ensuring precision, reliability and on-time delivery.

Technical Office and Engineering
We have advanced engineering tools that allow us to provide a fast and precise response, tailored to the technical requirements of each project. We work with 3D CAD systems, which provide a complete visualisation of the product before manufacturing, allowing us to analyse assembly, identify potential interferences and optimise the design from the earliest stages.
Thanks to these resources, we can evaluate each project from an aesthetic, functional and industrial perspective, ensuring its feasibility and proper integration into the production process.
New technologies allow us to import and export files, share projects with clients and add notes and observations directly to the models, facilitating smooth and efficient communication throughout the entire development process.
We also carry out studies of individual parts and complete assemblies, proposing design improvements aimed at simplifying structures, reducing the number of components and optimising costs, without compromising the quality or functionality of the final product.

We have high-precision laser cutting technology, which allows us to manufacture metal parts with complex geometries, tight tolerances and clean finishes, both for prototypes and for production series.
Our facility features an automatic loading tower , which allows us to optimize production times and keep the process running continuously, even 24 hours a day , guaranteeing speed, repeatability and reliability in every batch manufactured.
Laser cutting offers us great flexibility for working with different materials and thicknesses, integrating efficiently with subsequent processes such as bending, machining, or welding. This allows us to reduce delivery times and ensure greater control over the production process.

Sheet Metal Bending
We have a bending area equipped with specialised machinery that allows us to form metal parts with high precision and repeatability, ensuring compliance with the dimensions and tolerances defined for each project.
The bending process integrates efficiently with laser cutting and machining, allowing us to optimise production flow and ensure that parts fit correctly into subsequent assemblies and structures.
Our technical team monitors every stage of the bending process to ensure accurate angles, dimensional stability and consistent quality, both for prototypes and series production, providing reliable solutions tailored to each customer’s requirements.

We design and manufacture stage and progressive dies, adapted to the technical and production requirements of each project. Our team develops tooling solutions designed to ensure precision, repeatability and reliability throughout the stamping process, for both short runs and continuous production.
We work with a wide variety of materials, including steel, iron, aluminium alloys, galvanised materials, brass and copper, selecting the most suitable option in each case according to the final application of the part and its mechanical requirements.
Our facilities are equipped with presses of up to 70 tonnes, allowing us to carry out stamping operations with dimensional control and consistent quality in the final product. This process enables us to optimise manufacturing times and ensure uniformity across every part produced.
The combination of our in-house die design and internal production capacity allows us to reduce costs, improve delivery times and maintain greater control over the process, ensuring reliable results tailored to each customer’s needs.

Industrial Sheet Metal Fabrication
Industrial sheet metal fabrication allows us to manufacture metal parts and assemblies with high precision , without the need to invest in molds or dies. This process is especially suitable for prototypes, short runs, and flexible production , offering consistent dimensional quality and a high level of repeatability.
Thanks to new technologies, we can develop products that, due to their size, geometry or technical characteristics, would not be viable through traditional mold-making processes, thus expanding the possibilities of design and manufacturing.
We have a complete machinery park that includes laser cutting, bending, punching, insertion systems, welding in its different processes and a wide range of finishes , which allows us to internally control all phases of the production process.
This combination of flexibility, precision, and production capacity allows us to adapt to the needs of each project, optimizing costs and delivery times.

At Mayder, we offer CNC machining services for the manufacturing and finishing of metal parts requiring high dimensional precision . This process allows us to perform specific operations that cannot be achieved solely through cutting or bending.
CNC machining is especially suitable for working internal parts and functional details of the piece, such as chamfering, internal threads, countersinking, flaring and other precision machining, ensuring a correct fit and a functional finish.
Thanks to the use of machining centers, we can integrate this process into the project's production flow, improving the final quality of the assembly and optimizing time and costs by centralizing operations with a single supplier.
